hostel's in a good area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby but the actual hostel is plain, lacking character, good place to stay if you're only looking for a bed for the night

Camping Rialto

Venice, Italy

really easy to get to venice! bus station right across the street, staff is very helpful and friendly! bathrooms and showers are HUGE! and very clean, bungalows were very chilly at night, the one we stayed in, the window and door didn't shut completely, there is nothing but Nutella, wine, and pâté in the market, the pizzeria doesn't have pizza just burgers, fries, and hot dogs, you have to for wifi that only works by the main building

Welcome Inn

Naples, Italy

right in the middle of the city!! and staff was helpful about what to do, where to eat, and how to get to Pompeii but the hostel was really dirty and there were Mosquitos everywhere!!! my friend ended up with huge swollen bites all over her face and upper body, breakfast was just coffee, tea, croissants, and toast, when it was gone it was gone (only one pot of coffee for a whole hostel??) no one hung out in the common areas except staff who are all older, no keys for room or hostel in general

Locanda Rocco

Florence, Italy

about 5 min walk to main squares, no bunk beds!! full kitchen with lots of dishes/pots and pans/utensils

Sir Toby's Hostel

Prague, Czech Republic

amazing hostel!!! best I've ever stayed at!! staff was incredibly helpful upon arrival, gave us a city map and then showed us different ways to get into the city, things to do, etc. told us their favorite places to eat on the area (which were super cheap and delicious!!) and gave us coupons, about an hour walk into the city or 15 by tram, tickets are about $1.20 each way, station is a 5 min walk, also got free beer tickets for bar which was busy every night, met some very cool people

paid for a 10 bed mixed dorm and got upgraded to a 4 bed female dorm with ensure bathrooms!! everything was very clean, wifi worked sometimes in the room but really well in the lounge/bar area, staff was really helpful and spoke English really well, about 30 min walk from city center but really easy to find, just a straight walk down the main road, the augustiner brewery is right across the street!! munich's best beer for about 25% cheaper than other bars in the city!!
