Super friendly and really caring staff, booking tours within the hotel is recommendable! We did the halong bay trip 3D2N with them and it was great. Cleanliness also is really good, but unfortunately the house is a little bit humid (not anybody's fault). All in all a good budget hotel! Thanks for the stay!

Old, nice building. Helpful staff and tourist office in the house, nearby the old city center. Simple but really clean rooms. In total absolutely recommendable for low budget travellers!

hq is located in a quite nice part of the city and everything you need is near. the house, especcialy the living room and the garden, is a beautiful place. unfortunately the staff does not really take care of it. our room was dirty when we arrived (old towels and bedsheets, rubbish on the floor, bathroom was floated...) and our private shower did not work at all, so we had to use the shared bathrooms. many things are missing in the kitchen and it is not clean as well.

first of all, the staff is nice and this old building has charme. but the location is not the best, even taxidrivers warned us not to go out at night in this area. the house is unfortunately not "renovated". there are no oportunities to charge your stuff in the rooms. the bathrooms are really dirty, no matter what time of the day. we changed place after two nights.

if you believe on what taxi drivers say, then you will end up where they want. They get commision for driving you to restaurants, museums and of course hostels, hotels and any kind of accomodation. We advise always everyone about that in our confirmation email. The same is done in many other cities in the world (specially if u travel to some countries in Asia, Africa, and South America). So now you know. We have never had any problem with our guests. Not Renovated? Well, it has new plumbing, wiring, fixed everything. Anyways, we can not please everyone. And regarding the chargin issue, we have special lockers with outlets inside so you can charge your electronic devices safely and locked. May be the staff did not tell you upon arrival, sorry about that. Hope you have fun in your trip. Thanks

nice staff but unfortunately not cleaned up before we got into the room. in low season it is also possible to lower the price a little. farer away from nice beaches, restaurants and nightlife. but there is a terrasse with seaview.
