Recomendable.

We made reservations for a double bed room and a four bed room, but they gave us a room with two single bed toghether and a room with two beds and two "catres" all toghhether with not enogh space between them and very uncomfortable to sleep. The lights and the plugs were broken in my room. In the facilities mentioned in hostelworld's web page it was supposed to have swimingpool and continental breakfast but there was no swimingpool and the breakfast was very poor, old bread. Staff not kind.

Paraga Beach Hostel

Mykonos, Greece

It is not a hostel really, it is more like a camping. Your room is a tent with a bed, one light and a plug. If you want to be in the middle of the party all day it is ideal beacuse it is near the biggest parties in the beach and full of young people. If you want to be in the best beaches of mykonos it is not a good option because the beaches in this zone are very full and with a lots of bars and not very goods. The services are very expensives in the camping and there is noise all day.

I think that the hostel is good. The common room is small in relation with the people staying at the hostel. An other negative aspect is that the rooms are small and lavatories are only inside the room so if you get up early or go to bed late, you cannot see well because de lights are off and you disturb those who are sleeping.

Owner Comment (Hide)
Thank you for your comment. We are sorry about bothering you about rooms. We are very small hostel and we have only dormitry. so if you use a lavatory at late night or early morning, we know you don't want to disturb other guest's sleep. But we can't change the facilities. so we will try to think the best solution about it. Thanks again!!
