Hey there! Thanks for your comments! Have a nice trip! :)

Sunflower Hostel

Cali, Colombia

I stayed here over the Feria in Cali (end of december) in a 4 (or 5?) bed-dorm and I really enjoyed it. The hostel has two parts and especially the part with the 5 bed-dorm and two private rooms is more like an appartment with a big kitchen and living area. But also the "main" part of the hostel is great and it's easy to get in contact with other ones or find a place just for yourself. PRO: location, salsa-class (!!!), wifi, matresses, staff, social-area - CON: just a small outside area

Good: friendly and english-speaking staff, nice kitchen and social area, umbrellas rent for free, good location, map with recommendation in Nagasaki Not so good: wifi is just available in the social area, my room was dark and smelled a little bit

LakeFront Backpackers Lodge

Lake Tekapo, New Zealand

Unfortunately we had a unfriendly and not very competently girl when we checked in :( ... but the hostel itself and the location (direct on the lake) is perfect.

Hotel Waterloo & Backpackers

Wellington, New Zealand

+ direct opposite from the railway station, big kitchen, very nice bar with pool and other games, friendly staff - expensive wifi, no lockers, small rooms

YHA Wellington City

Wellington, New Zealand

it's more a hotel than a hostel ... very big, but very comfortable + big rooms, clean, facilities (2 kitchens, small library, tv-room, pool-room), ensuite dorms, good bed - bad internet connection, no lockers

First it looks a little bit strange (paintings everywhere), but after some minutes you'll like it. Very friendly and helpful staff. I paid 5 NZD for wifi for the hole day (unfortunaltely not available in the dorms).

The Mousetrap Backpackers

Paihia, New Zealand

It's a really nice and cozy hostel. Especially the social area invites you to linger and it's a good area to talk with other backpackers from different countries. Only the internet / wifi could be better - per night you have 50 MB free (it's not a lot) and the next 50 MB costs 5 NZD.
