No kitchen. No luggage room. No reception. No breakfast!! They said breakfast included. But staying there 4 nights, I never got any... And there is no reception , they just show up to get money and you never can see them again unless you check out... They say you can put your luggage, but its only till 2 pm... and they say just leave it in the room with the key inside.... and door doesnt lock automatically....i have no idea how they got 78% rating... its more like 20%....

well If you are looking for hostel like everyone mingle and talk. its not for u. I made a reseravation for dormitory, and it was dormitory... with four single bed in one small room. very close to each other bed. It was very awkard.... and no common room either. no kitchen though its very close to beach and the room is clean.

there is a kitchen but not much cooking stuff in there so you really can't cook.... and of course there is no wine opener .. room was clean but you can't be at hostel from 10am to 2pm. you must leave, you are not even allowed to stay in common room or hallway either. There is nothing actually that can be called common room anyway...

Very dirty room... beds are really dirty...... even they give u sheets and you put them on your bed, you dont want to sleep on that bed.... very damp and wet bed..... worst hostel ever.... plus they gave me room on 5th floor .... no elevator and the stairs were really narrow.... can't really get good wifi in the room either.... and most of all, the bed is a triple-deck bed.... worst memory ever dont want to go there....

Very good clean hostel. Location is good, close to british museum and regent park. Staffs are very kind. But the bad thing is you have to pay for internet .... Except that everything was perfect! Love to stay there again.
