Room was great. Shared bathroom showers were ridiculous. One was a trickle as the water spilled over the shower head snd trickled all down one side in a small stream, and the other shower had higher pressure but with minimal working water holes and the ones that worked spurted out in all directions making it hard to even get washed. FYI doctors literally on next block. Dont let hostel call the 24hr service. Cost me $5300 australian for a simple prescription. Scam to make insurance companies pay.

Best hostel we have stayed at so far! Perfect location, being walking distance to pretty much all the main parts of town, and within the train station that takes you to Sintra. Great hostel staff and loved the communal dinner at night. The common space is so chilled too. We loved swinging in the double hammock listening to great tunes.
Great improvements since I was last there in '09. Good variety at breakfast and good amostphere. Loved the room with our own little balcony overlooking the streets.
Lovely man on reception. Awesome big room with great ensuite. Great for the night we stayed.
Only stayed the one night as another hostel was booked out, but it was fine for one night. Room was clean so can't really complain.
Room was cleaned every day and breakfast was great. Good security too. Room felt a bit gloomy but very Paris. I stayed here in 2009 and I would stay again if I was to return to Paris as it's good value for money.
Showers could do with unblocking the drains as it would have overflown if we didnt turn it off halfway through, and the wifi is virtually non-existent as it continually cuts out and is very weak. But location to the metro is great and easy to find. And very clean hostel. Lovely place.
Everything you could ask for in hostel, except breakfast wasn't free. But great place!
Way out of town (hav 2 take 20 min tram 2 get into city. Costs 4 CHF each way...but we never paid and caught the tram everywhere but didn't see any inpectors). For such a big place youd think they could provide free Internet (or at least wifi) but we managed to find an unlocked wifi spot opp the tram stop near the hostel. Also you get 20 min free wifi in town as a few Switzerland towns provide. We've stayed at much better places. Brekky was good though and we saved by having it 4 lunch 2
great hostel! Big rooms, plenty of space, nice big kitchen. No problems here
Nice big bathroom, and free Wi-Fi was great. Across the road from the train station which was handy.
security was great with a code to get into hostel and lockers for everyone in rooms. No common room or anything, but you spend most of the time at the beach anyway. They provide free beach mats too (which is needed on the rocks). Free Internet was great esp in the rooms.
Bathrooms cleaned and fresh towels provided everyday. Breakfast was great and sufficient to last until lunch. The room i stayed in was a tad small for 4 people but fine for the time i stayed. Only downside was no air con...especially on a 35 degree day! So sleeping was tough in hot stuffy room.
