Hostel Santa Monaca

Florence, Italy

I got a room in the 16 female dorm and there were literally 16 beds in one room with some lockers. You're assigned a bed and locker. Everything was really clean, but the lockers were a bit small. The wireless was great and they had computer you could use for free. The kitchen was free to use and fairly big.

Nuova Locanda Belvedere

Venice, Italy

The hostel is located off the main island on a side street by the train station. The rooms were of an average size and had their own bathrooms attached. They were cleaned everyday. It was freezing, they don't turn on the heaters until about 7pm and the wifi doesn't work in all the rooms. The staff was amazing and gave me instructions to a local restaurant, supermarket, and how to get to the main island. Common was really small and there weren't many outlets.

The hostel was great. It was clean and safe. There were lockers for use and the beds were really comfy. There were also plenty of outlets in the room, so it was easy to charge electronics. The staff were helpful and pointed out the way to the closest subway/train lines and where they would go.

Smart Hyde Park Inn Hostel

London, England

The hostel was nice it's located away from the center of London and across from Hyde Park which was cool. The rooms were small - size of a closet and you had to pay for the lockers. Common room was nice and there was a great kitchen area. The wifi only worked around the common rooms and reception area - which didn't have a lot of room. There were only one or two showers/toilets on each floor, but they were really clean. The staff were extremely helpful
