Great hotel/hostel. Located right near the train station and across from the airport bus. The only place i've stayed where they put on a free champagne party every second night. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town and even further to the good beaches. When we arrived at 4pm the place was a mess from a big party the night before. We stayed in a six bed dorm which was cramped. We changed after one night to a private room in a hostel in the centre of town and paid less than for two in a 6 bed dorm. On the positive the breakfast was on of the best I've had in a hostel and it did seen to be a great place if you wanted to meet people.

This is one of the best hostels i've stayed in. The decor in the shared areas feels like a boutique hotel and the rooms were bright and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes! Porto Hostel

One of the best hostels i've stayed in. Great facilities with the exception of the internet which was quite slow in the rooms and kept dropping out (it was better in the lounge though). Lockers under beds have wrist bands which electronically open and lock them. Would definitely stay again.

Great hostel with an ideal location at the edge of the Temple Bar precinct. The communal living area/dining room is great if you need time to chill out and the internet was at a good speed. Lockers are available to store valuables at a fee. Would definitely use again.

Facilities are good although the location is not great (it is about 10 minutes walk to a tub and doesn't have many restaurants/shops/bars nearby). Wifi is free for the first 30 minutes which must be used consecutively after that you must pay per hour. Breakfast is good and includes the option of fresh ommlettes.

Facilities are quite poor. The shower is very small and was very musty. Kitchen open hours are not ideal as if you miss breakfast at 10:30am it is closed straight after that, therefore you cannot make your own. Internet was painfully slow and kept dropping out unless you were in the lounge.

Very basic hostel. Wifi didn't work. Beds in my dorm were so squeaky that any time I rolled over the bed made a noise so i hardly got any sleep. Price is quite expensive based on the lack of facilities.

Great quite pension with very comfortable shared living areas (dining area and pool area). Our private room was extremely clean (apart from the bathroom having a slight damp smell to it), There was plenty of space and the bed was firm but comfortable. Ahmet, the manager was very friendly and incredibly helpful assisting us with booking our transfers to the pension, hot air balloon ride, day tours , departure bus, and sailing cruise in the next city. I would definitely recommend to others!

The location was great and very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. As a whole however, this is one of the worst hostels my boyfriend and I have stayed in. The bathrooms on the third level were quite gross, particularly given that the shower was based over the toilet, so often the floors and toilet would be wet when you entered and you had to be careful to keep your clothes dry. The kitchen was also quite dirty and totally impractical. We would not recommend this place to others.
