I wanted to like this place but it just got worse the longer i stayed. The best was the free wifi and clean bathroom but it stops there. There is no atmosphere , most residents were their long term and kept to their groups. The dorms were horrible, no window and smells like dampness. When i found BED BUGS in my bed i checked out immediately and while packing my cloths i found a used condom under the bed. Don't stay here its disgusting with no character

The best part about this hostel is the staff. They were super friendly and helpfull. There is free maps and the staff outlined a free walking tour route. The hostel is clean and comfortable and close to good bus and rail routes. The breakfast was small but tasty and the coffee was real coffee. Overall it was good value and an enjoyable stay, highly reccomended

This place has great dorms with good privacy and security for you stuff. The breakfast is tea/coffee and fruit juice for drinks. The food is bread/toast and usually 2 of the following hot dishes (varies daily) eggs, beans, noodles, fried rice, potatoes and some fresh fruit for dessert. Some of the reception staff could be friendlier, not much help in giving advice on public transport just telling us to get taxi (taxis rarely use meters). better to stay in golden triangle for bar/party scence

Nice hostel about 10min walk from khao San Road. The shared bathrooms were the best on our trip, super clean and free soap and shampoo. The staff are friendly and helpful. You get a decent breakfast included making it great value for the location. Not all rooms have A/C so make sure to request an a/c room if you want it. Recommended for people who want to stay off Khao san Road and want a peaceful sleep.

Cool hostel with a party vibe. The food is deadly, we ate there quite a lot and it never disappointed. The tuk tuk's associated with the hotel are great craic but have a read of the mad monkey guidebook on recommended prices as you still need to haggle.

Clean hostel close to river but a bit away from the bar area. we had a room with no window but it had a nice mural on the wall which brightened it up. The a/c was brilliant , perfect for good nights sleep. Good place to relax but move closer city centre for a party hostel.

We stayed 3 nights and were ina dorn for a night and two private rooms. The place is spotless. We felt so welcome by the Long's.When we arrived they made us tea and gave us fresh fruit ,no charge. Mrs. Long spent 5 min giving us advice on where to go in town and which taxi companies were the best etc. she offered us tours but wasn't pushy and even worked out a free walking tour for us. It's not a party hostel but you will meet others at breakfast or on the tours.

Great hotel. The staff were really friendly. Everything was great. I only have one reccomendation for breakfast to have additional staff serving eggs and pancakes as the que can be very long(15min) at peak times.
