This guesthouse had a very unique atmosphere, in that I felt a little like I was staying in ancient Japan. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall look and feel of the place was very welcoming. The location was perfect to access the subway, and easy for bicycling around to different areas. Nearby were lots of fantastic yaddai (street food vendors) where eating and drinking with locals was fun! The staff at the guesthouse were some of the friendliest I've had the pleasure of meeting

You guys all made me feel very welcome, and even a little sorry to leave! Thanks for everything and tell your cook that I miss her food!

This guesthouse was about what I expected for the price. It was comfortable to walk around in and the staff were alright but not necessarily helpful (playing games on a computer most of the time). The bunks were comfortable enough but the male dorm reeked of urine (could have just been old wood and the stinky backpackers that filled it). I would stay again because of the price and convenience of the port being near but there isn't really much around other than a Jollibee's.
