Enjoyed the stay and friendliness. Breakfast was very minimal. Could be improved on.
Lovely Breakfast, fabulous views and well located especially if you know about the escalator from the railway station.
Very pleasant stay in lovely old apartment. Directions to the apartment might be made easier by giving directions from the Metro rather than the bus. It is so easy to find from the Metro.
Kitchen limited with a few basics like cups missing. The showers were cold and extra bathroom would help. Otherwise a good hostel and good value.
Still no cooking pots in the kitchen. We appreciated the upgrade to the ground floor following our earlier stay on the second floor.
Booking a shared room was expensive - twice the price over where else we stayed in London & Paris. Breakfast was supplied but ran out in part well before the scheduled time. Of course the place is a party hostel and extremely noisy until bar closing time. The room was small and basic. My daughter has never had an allergy problem before but managed to need first aid during the night - likely cause the washing powder used on bed linen. Your internet was expensive - some hostels offer it free and w
Wonderful experience in a delightful part of the world.
We enjoyed the warm hospitality that is especially Ireland.
need more pots !
need a lift !!
not to bad.. hahah had fun!
Found the staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay and loved the location - out of Fort William but near the Corpach train station, bus and the locally interesting canal & loch.
basic but clean facilities at the poorer end of town. Good value for money

Staff not very friendly compared to other YHA I have stayed in. No discount given for my YHA membership because I booked through Hostel World. As a Life Member I was not impressed by that or being told I should have booked through YHA site. In my experience the customer is always right and it is poor PR to deny the discount, which incidentally was not done the next night in Bristol.
I read somewhere you were voted best hostel and you have from my experience lived up to your reputation. Well done and thank you for adding to the enjoyment of my visit to Wales.
The place is strange with staff that are unfriendly and uninterested. The place is noisy with doors designed to slam shut resulting in loud noise transfer due to the concrete walls and tiled floors throughout. There is no lift in a five story building. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towel of clothes. 8 second shower before the hot water tap needs to be pressed again. Plenty of kitchens but no pots or pans provided.
A wonderful place to stay, close to historic Beijing places of interest. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, and give helpful information in reasonable English.
