You get what you pay for; at about 13€/night. BUT they wanted a 15€ key deposit which receptionist even admitted was high (more than the room!). She did let me trade an ID instead when I said that it was absurd. The lightswitches & room corners were filthy & since they allow smoking inside the hostel it all smelled rather bad. The wooden "lockers" had graffiti all over them & only 4 for 6 beds. I was only staying 1 night and would have moved if I had been staying more. I would not recommend it.
Very upscale for a hostel with many common areas offering different atmospheres in each; as well as an in-house bar. The dorm was clean, and the room had (small) showers & bathrooms which were separated (sink/toilet; sink/shower) which was nice. There were also private bathrooms in the hall on each floor. The location is convenient if you are arriving by train, but the area it is in (near the train station) doesn't have the most character for young people; however the subway is located near by.
I have stayed in many hostels in many cities and this is by far my favorite! Big new kitchen (free pasta & coffee), an extensive book-exchange, private toilets, community showers, lockers provided with locks/key. Super friendly and helpful staff and a great location-- plenty of bars, food and shopping near by and very close to the subway. Would highly recommend!!

Nice new facilities, young atmosphere. Electronic lockers- definitely a plus. Common room with games and a pool table, good location in a hip area. There was a couple sleeping together in my Mixed dorm, which is a risk of mixed dorms, but always annoying-- not sure there's much the staff can do about that... Overall a good experience.
New, hip, young atmosphere with quirky decorations and modern facilities. Large shower and bathroom inside the room (4 bed female). TV in the room, restaurant and bar in-house with moderately priced beers and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located near a cool hip area with awesome street art and shops and cafés. Overall a very good experience.
Hostel Homer was relaxed and friendly, with plenty of opportunity to meet other travelers and make friends. The inside of the building is nice with exposed beams and curved staircases. I stayed on the top floor which had nice sunlights. Nice new, clean kitchen & common area.
