Ostello Bello was great. I was there over New Years and enjoyed the NYE celebrations. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. This hostel was my biggest expense during my Myanmar trip. Overall, good place to stay.

Loved this hostel! I stayed in a 6 bedroom dorm with a bathroom. The room itself was huge! The bathroom was also roomy and was kept clean. The hostel was close to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great. I met a lot of people. Would definitely stay here again.

Little Yangon Hostel, Yangon, Myanmar

Stayed here for one night after arriving in Yangon. Stayed in an 8 person mixed dorm. Beds were comfy and clean but in the morning I woke up with large bites on my legs and the backside of my arm (not bed bugs but maybe a spider or mosquitoes). The bathrooms need a makeover and we're not clean. There were worms crawling up the wall while I was showering. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Loved the capsule style beds. Very modern. My dorm room was on the main floor, next to the reception area which meant I could hear people talking all the time. Also music was being played and some painting was going on in the main area. Disturbed sleep slightly. Really liked the wristband activated lockers but the top bunks lockers were right beside their bed so if you are short it makes getting your bag in and out very difficult. I only stayed one night but the bed was SUPER comfy. Good hostel!

Great location and friendly atmosphere! Very close to the beach and the nightlife. The beds were very comfortable. WE really enjoyed the lighting in the dorm room - it wasn't glaring and in your face when it was turned on. Overall we had a great stay!

This hostel is brand new. It was still partially under construction when we visited. The dorm room we stayed in was spacious and the beds were very large. Lockers were located underneath the bunkbeds and they were very large. The upper bunk beds lacked electrical plug ins which made it difficult to charge our electronics at night. There is a pool in the hostel as well! Overall our stay was great.

The bathroom drains need to be fixed. The smell is the bathroom is terrible. The rooms were very small but very clean and comfortable. Shower curtains should be installed as you cannot leave anything in the bathroom, because it will get wet. Make sure that plugs in the walls are visible so travellers do not have to pull furniture away from the walls to find them.

There should be a common area, other than the rooftop bar where backpackers can stay and mingle. The Internet does not reach the rooftop or the 3rd floor very well. A stronger router should be used.
