Take the comments about the women who works in the kitchen seriously!! Paris is an expensive city so this hostel is pretty alright and I was willing to put up with a mean women because I can't afford a high class place. She would not do her job and make fun of the guests when she knew they didn't understand french. I got yelled at for waiting around for her to do her job of putting out breakfast and for things I didn't even do. The breakfast experience is bad but everything else is alright
Not in the best area but it's still walk-able to the main area of the city.
It's a little far from the city center but the tram is right around the corner and its about a 20 minute ride which is not bad. The staff were very nice and helpful, my outlet adaptor didn't fit and the front desk didn't have anymore but the bartender let me use his. The rooms were cleqn too. A good place to stay for an afordable visit.
When I arrived there was no one at reception. We waited for a while but after traveling all day we needed to eat other guests just told us to pick a room to put our stuff in and just try again later. Literally walked in put our stuff down and left anyone could have just walked in and done that. The hot water stopped working and the place was pretty dirty. The pictures on here are very misleading.
