Had a great stay here. Room was nice and clean. Kitchen provided for self-cooking. Security was excellent. Nice and cosy hostel at reasonable price and excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Small lovely hostel with helpful staff. Easy to reach by metro from main bus or train station. 10-minute walk from main attractions. 5-minute walk to streets with vast choices of restaurants. Clean and simple hostel. Quiet at night. Kitchen was free for us to use.

nice and cosy hostel. nice breakfast and lunch were served. plenty of rooms for socialising events. Helpful staff. The building has no lift. great location as it is very near to the train and bus station. Just minutes of walking to get to the main town. Joined a tour and had a free lunch at the Beer house. The food was disappointing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and toilets were clean. The reception is on the second floor and climbing up the stairs is the only way to reach there.

The negatives: unfriendly staff. (Went back to take our luggages in the evening and stayed a bit longer in the common room. When we were about to leave, the receptionist reached the door, wanted us to leave RIGHT NOW and said" you are not allowed to stay after you checked out!".) That was very rude. The positives: near to the city centre and Queen street station. Clean and tidy. To improve: provide direction from Queen street on website.

Good value of money. Very near to train station. Staff were friendly. Room was decent, though smelled a bit. But being a 16 beds dorm, this is understandable. Breakfast served was simple. The bread served was beyond expiry date, though it was still edible, people might worry bout it.

The best thing about it was the location. Very near to the Victoria station. The staffs were not very friendly and helpful. Poor breakfast. Barely had water to shower. Most important thing to note: THERE IS NO PLACE TO STORE LUGGAGES AFTER CHECKING OUT.
