pretty average. Clean rooms, safe with front door locked and large lockers in room. Staff wasn't very helpful and the facilities frustrating: no free breakfast as advertised, no cutelery or napkins or cups in the kitchen and U constantly have to ask for them individually. Kitchen locked at night so no access to my snacks in fridge. Hostel closed from 11am to 2pm so had to wait outside upon arrival. Location quiet like the entire hostel but close to metro station. Blow dryer sucked. Bad beard day

This hostel is very beautifully designed and has a key location. Amazing breakfast for a hostel. Beautiful rooms & bathrooms. The staff was really 10/10. Collin and the lovely tattooed lady at night (Anette?) were awesome & friendly. They rent locks for 1$/day. The bar is nice but there is a need for a hosteler only common room. It's not as much as a "social hostel" where all the guests interact. It's more of a beautiful affordable alternative to a hotel dt. Very poor wifi and beds are average.

A true little gem! Definitely my favorite hostel in Austin! Andy is the owner and the kindest raddest dude ever! He is present and passionate and will give you tons of good suggestions or even better; he'll take you there! It's a small hostel with a big soul. Expect awesome pub crawls, blanket forts jam sesh and tons of laughs. The beds are heavenly comfy (damn dat duvet!) and the wifi is super reliable (Amen!) the lack of kitchen is temporary but there's food everywhere! Miss you all!
