We did have to give up the room key each time we left the premises. One time on our return we only stated the room number but the staff did not ask our name or check ID to confirm who we were or if we belonged in that room. It was a staff member we had not seen before so they did not know us either. Overall our experience was wonderful, the staff was helpful, the place was very clean and we got fresh sheets and towels each day.

Reception desk and common room was somewhat cramped and set up more like a restaurant with table and chairs and a few older leather couches. The room we stayed in was quite small for five bunk beds and not much space to move around. There were lockers inside the room and several in the hallway but again not space to manuever. The lockers had sagging shelves but fortunately our our group of three used two tiered locker together for added security. No airconditioning in sleep rooms.
