Abigails Hostel

Dublin, Ireland

Great location - very close to bus and train stations. It's right in the middle of Dublin, so it's within easy walking distance of bars and touristy sites. It's a fairly nice hostel for the value. The staff was friendly and helpful with providing information about the area. I wouldn't want to stay here for more than a day or two, though.

Dunloe View Hostel

Killarney, Ireland

The Dunloe View Hostel is THE BEST hostel I have ever stayed at. The owner, John, is very friendly and helped book our tours. The hostel itself is in a beautiful area situated not too far outside of Killarney with easy access to hiking trails (ie. the Gap of Dunloe) and pick-up/drop-off points for tours. Also, the hostel has a wonderful feel to it - most importantly, it is super clean! Colorful rooms, comfy beds, a big kitchen and good company! We were sad to leave - will definitely come back!!

Travel Joy Hostels Chelsea

London, England

The staff were welcoming and friendly and the hostel is walkable from Victoria Station if you don't mind a 15-20 jaunt. There's a bus, however, that runs regularly right in front of the hostel. The omelettes for breakfast were a nice touch. I wouldn't suggest staying in a 12 person rooms....too many people and not the cleanest. The shower in our room didn't work or had low water pressure, so we had to go upstairs to use the shower and the bathrooms were all upstairs as well. Nice pub though

Charles, the owner, was very welcoming and fun to talk with over breakfast. He offered good suggestions for things to do and his dog, Mishka, was great. The hostel is an easy walk to the underground and right by a daily farmer's market. The breakfast spread was good and the beds were very comfy. The curtains on the beds were a nice touch and it was really nice having a computer/Tv. The only downside is the small bathrooms -- only two toilets for all the guests. But we would stay there again :)
