This hostel is really well located in the Neustadt, which is where all the bars are located and young people hang, though it is not too loud! It is around 20-25 min walk from Dresden-Neustadt train station (don't go to Dresden Hauptbahnhof), but you can take the tram. From the hostel, the old town is about 30 min walk, but it is a nice walk through the Neustadt, or again, you can take the tram. The kitchen was functional, even if small, and the rooms were good! Would definitely stay there again!

I had an awesome stay there, everything was really good! I thought I would chill there, but my 2 nights there were crazy! The only downside is that it is a little bit far from the train/bus station, but easily reachable by tram, and after that it is only a 15 minutes walk max to the city centre! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much for the Pub crawl, even though I had not planned to do it!

Really nice place to party, but also to chill out and have a good time! There is an amazing Pub Crawl every night, so there might be some noise around 3-6 am, but if you party as well, that is no problem :) The staff was really good and they offer nice trips to the surrounding area of Krakow. Would definitely stay there again!

I have a major complaint: they simply have too many movies to choose from. Just joking, this hostel was simply amazing, they helped me with all my strange request and made my stay incredible!

The security is really good and the staff was really lovely! it's located near the main gate, but the old town is not too big, so everything is really close! The bar is also nice and you have to try the Skittles Challenge!

Old Town Hostel Kanonia

Very central place! Right in the middle of the old town! The rooms are usually not locked, because you have to manually lock it back when you enter/leave the room (and people forget), so lock your things in the lockers. Also there were a couple of thief attempts while I was there (a girl got her laptop stolen and a guy got is padlock forced, but couldn't get through). I must say the staff took it really seriously and helped them very well from my point of view. Otherwise, really a nice place.

Once again, Meininger hostel is not disapointing! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff, it has everything required! It is located 15 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, which is really not bad considering Berlin is so huge! I would definetely stay there again if I come back to Berlin!

Lovely staff, clean rooms, good lockers, just 2 minutes walking from central station (Hauptbahnhof): this hostel is really nice! I wish they had a kitchen, but I was able to order some cheap food (and good!) at the bar! Also, the shower and toilet in the room was really small, but at least they were separated. Would definetely come back there!

Excellent stay! I slept way better in that 66 beds dorm than in many other smaller dorms! The beds were comfortable and the small cubicles do a good job at separating you from the others. Wish they offered the linens, but yeah.

Southend Hostel Bremen

Wish there had been more people... :( although there beer seems to be a lot of people staying there. Also the staff is quite bad: the lady was really annoyed that I came in late (also they didn't take credit card, because it was "broken") and the guy was always smoking in the reception, I could smell it up to the third floor. The hostel was clean but a little old: it's old apartments converted into dorms. The beds were not comfortable. Not sure I would stay there again...

Free food!!!! One of the best breakfast I had! Also you can use the free food available (not just oil and stuff like that: eggs, bread, meat...) the place could be cleaner though, but for everything you can have free at this hostel, clearly worth it!

Very well located in the middle of the city center and all the coffeeshops, bars pubs and very near the red light district! Which they had a kitchen though, or even just a fridge to put some food... Also the wifi is REALLY bad: doesn't reach the 2nd and 3rd floors, works when it wants and when it does, you keep getting disconnected...

The location is perfect if you want to do some beach! If you plan to visit Den Haag, it is a little bit far: 1 hour walk from central station or 15 minutes by tram! Many of the lockers were broken and could not be used, but otherwise everything was fine!

I had a great stay there! Everything I needed was provided: working kitchen, clean shower and comfy bed! The bar/lounge is quite nice and you can rent a bike for 8€ which is not too bad, and it allows you to see everywhere! :)

Really nice place! In the evening the bar fills up with locals who want cheap beer! The kitchen is small, but has everything! It is a good 20 minutes walk from the train station, But after that you are never more than 10 minutes from the town center!

Is there something bad to say about this hostel? The breakfast is a little bit expensive (5.90€), but you do get a full one: bread, meat, cheese, cereals, fruits, coffee, etc. also which they had a free map, but otherwise everything was perfect! It is basically an hostel and a hotel, so you get the cleanliness of a hotel for the price of an hostel :) the kitchen offers everything you need and the bar is a nice place to chill!

The Linen House Hostel

Belfast, Northern Ireland

The security is quite bad: only 1 key per room and they never check if you're really in that room, no lockers in the room and they make you pay £1 for the luggage room... Also the whole first floor had no hot water. The rooms are really small, but they were not full, so it wasn't that bad. The staff was bad, I've seen happier people at funerals... But if you're looking for a cheap place, go for it: I slept quite well.

A really lovely place if you travel to Derry! Everything was really clean and the staff was so nice! The only small problem is that it is a good 20 minutes from the bus station, but otherwise everything was perfect! I would stay there again and again!

This was an Ok hostel. I guess it could look a little more cleaner, but the staff was helping and I met some really nice people there! The negative part is that it is a little far from Temple Bar, the central neighboor, - about 15-20 minutes walk - not very good when you finish an evening of drinking Guiness! Also, someone just tore open my food bag and stole parts of my fodd: twice. Else than that, the Breakfast was nice and they had a good kitchen!

I have stayed 3 times in this Hostel and everyone of them was really amazing! This hostel has a really nice view on the Castle, it's near the main street! The hostel looks very nice with its theme named rooms and beds, its nice lounges and a really lovely staff! The kitchen is really functional!

This hostel really diserves its reputation: the best kitchen I have ever used, a really nice staff, a good breakfast, relly nice beds and a very good lounge! It's the place to stay! We were travelling as a group and had lots of fun! Oh, if you want to know how good the kitchen is: we were able to cook some really nice steaks.
