Wifi is terrible. You can not get it to work anywhere in the building, very frustrating when you need to book other things. They charge quite a bit to use their computers too which is ridiculous. Sheets in my bed were not clean. Location is TERRIBLE. It is far away from any of the major sights. Yes, the Paris metro is quite good

Hi, Thank so much for taking the time to get back to us. We're always looking for ways to improve and as such your feedback is very important to us. We're sorry to to hear that your stay wasn't as expected. As for the wifi we do acknowledge the issue, that is why we are already in the process of changing internet provider for a more efficient one (optic fiber). Did you know that you can use for free the desk computer to book and print your tickets? Kind Regards,

This place was amazing! After traveling for nearly 6 months it was great to stay in a quiet place and relax. Gerhard and Sebastian are amazing hosts and make you feel at home immediately,

Cool looking hostel with amazing common area but didnt seem that social. Could be hard to meet people, seems to attract a very young crowd. Wifi is not great and showers are miserable. There's only a shelf outside the showers to put your things so have to go out naked to change. Water is cold

Even though she booked on August 9th to come on the 11th, peak season, we did send detailed directions to her e-mail address. We are sorry if she could not check her e-mail account.

This place really is like a palace, it's amazing for the price you pay to have a spacious room and rooftop pool. However we were put in a room right in front of the common area and kitchen and it was really noisy at night, after just getting in from Lagos we were keen for an early night here! One of the desk staff was really rude when we talked to him about the news and said he wouldn't do anything. Also the staff running the breakfast have no idea and stand around looking confused a lot

It's quite far away from the centre, about a 20-30 min train ride, I knew this when I booked it but it was more inconvenient that I thought. The hostel itself is good, free dinner is a bonus but can be late at night and very carb based, would be nice to have veges! Staff are happy to help

This place was ok, nothing special. I was only staying one night to head to the Greek islands so if was fine for a short stay. It's noisy upstairs on the 4th floor because of their rooftop bar. Didnt seem to be social or have much character but honestly I didn't really try either

This place was amazing!! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Majdas is such an incredible host, we missed out on doing the famous tour run by bata so majdas organised a car and driver to take us to the same places for the day for a really cheap price. There is free dinner or snack every night and everyone gets involved with it, it's like being back at home, plus it means everyone is socialising. the place is almost brand new, showers are AMAZING. Love love love!

It's ok. Didn't seem to have much atmosphere when I was there, breakfast was from 9am which was pretty late considering people need to take ferries etc so didn't get any. Staff seemed rude.
