Gyeongju Guesthouse

Gyeong-ju, South Korea

The real value of the place is the way the manager will tell you everything you need to know about how to visit Gyeongju. The other staff is not even polite. Location is good. Breakfast is great (with eggs and even rice). Washing machine free. My 4bed dorm had its private bathroom. The hostel is big, lots of people around but no keys to the dorms (although there are lockers). Take your own sheets, that’s my recommendation for this hostel and in general for Korea. The linen wasn’t really dir

BnB Busan Guesthouse Hostel

Busan, South Korea

I had a nice stay in March in this guesthouse. I was the only guest and Yoon took good care of me, he made me a Korean breakfast and quince tea. The flat is well located in downtown Busan, very close to the MRT. The only thing I would add would be a nice couch and TV or radio in the living-room.

Goldsmith's House

London, England

obviously, the place is not a hostel but the accomodation is good. Single room for less than 30 euros !

Vertigo Vieux-Port

Marseille, France

Nice place and location. Breakfast included. Will come back ! Few things to improve : hangers for wet clothes in the room, a few shelves.

Hostel clean with lots of facilities. Front desk could improve its welcome skills. Beware that prices are given with no tax. On arrival, you will be asked to pay a higher amount that expected. Total lack of transparency. As a result, I would say paying 40 USD for a bed in a 8 bed dorm is too expensive (breakfast included but no free internet).

Grand cayon is a really nice place to stay. A few things though about safety : my dorm couldn't be locked (despite the key). No lockers in the room. Place is wide open during the day time, including though the kitchen door. The place is friendly but quite noisy. Don't expect to sleep too much.

Hostel Mundo

Kyoto, Japan

Great hostel, pretty small. Shower and toilets are outside, which can be hard for winter. Dorm is just by the living room so it can be quite noisy at night. The door isn t locked but there are lockers in the room. Midori is really nice and welcomes you in the place with a big smile.

one of the nicest place I have been. great garden. dorm is really small, and you gave to go downstairs for shower and toilet but it's worth it

Hiroshima Hana Hostel

Hiroshima, Japan

Close to the train station. The 4 bed dorm was ok but the bathroom was really too small. Lots of people in the place.

Matresses are really bad.Lockers are not easy to close. Same thing in other Mingtown hostels ;check-in is too early so you are woken up by new arrivals all the time.

Great hostel. My only negative comment is a question : how come the check in can be done at any time ? We got new arrivals in the dorm from 8 a.m, waking up everybody !
