The level of service in this hostel is amazing from meeting you and taking you over to the hostel, to provide sandwiches for breakfast for early morning leavers. The view is also incredible. I would recommend this place to people who maybe have some time to relax in a Flores as it may be a bit out of the way for those on a tight schedule.

Lovely hostel kept incredibly clean, they also have great breakfasts & really good value happy hour drinks deals. The only possible downside is if you like to lay in you may struggle as most rooms face onto the courtyard where everyone has breakfast. Other than that perfect relaxed place.

Just beautiful! Gerry is incredibly welcoming and can provide great information on the area. The rooms are big and comfortable, as backpackers it was like staying in a hotel for us. Lots of nice extras like free water, coffee & bikes. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here, as many mention it is a bit out of town but the walk in was nice each day. The tower & the hammocks where you could look out at the sea was a great place to relax. Rooms were small but with everything you need.

Lovely hostel, huge kitchen to cook and pancakes for breakfast which you make yourself. Lots of help with getting around from the friendly staff. The area around seems really smart and safe, lots of options for food. A good base for the city.

We were welcomed by the very friendly staff. This hostel is in a great location in the old town. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out onto the cobbled streets. Rooms were basic but had plenty of fans making it very cool, a must in hot Cartagena. In all a friendly small hostel, and great place to chill out in Cartagena.

This is a basic hostel, which is reflected in the price, so much cheaper than you can get in the surrounding area and probably the whole of Colombia. Staff were friendly, and a small breakfast (eggs or pancakes when we were there) was provided in the morning, which is always great. It was an okay place to stay but I think we have been so spoilt for amazing hostels in Colombia we were a little underwhelmed, but as I said it is cheaper so its a get what you pay for thing.

Beautiful place to stay, right by the beach and with a pool it is perfect for relaxing. It is quite expensive but then your staying in a place much better than most hostels, more like a resort. Food is good. The only negatives as a backpacker were no kitchen and you have to pay for wifi, but sometimes it's nice not to have to cook and to disconnect from the world.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your kind words about Dreamer Hostel Palomino. It is a great pleasure to read your comments and to find that you enjoyed your visit The reason we charge for internet (1 dollar/30 minutes) is due to the remote location ofPalomino where no Phone/Internet service is available, the only way to provide this service (we are the only one with Internet Wifi) is using a very expensive satelite sistem. Guest can alwais cook at the BBQ area, is fun and ecological.

I can not stress enough how great this hostel is, we loved it so much we made it our base for exploring the surrounding area for three weeks. Staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for accessing places like Taganga, Tayrona, Palomino etc. Although always busy it never feels too much with space if you want to chill or people drinking if you want something livelier. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel as standards were so high.

A rustic but comfortable hostel. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to have been allocated a private room (we had booked a dorm for the first night as no privates seemed available) as well as being offered breakfast, which changed each day, it was nice to have variety! The hostel was sociable without being too loud, with lots of places to relax and a kitchen to cook in. In all a great base for exploring Bogota.

Our stay was okay but at times the staff weren't great. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge it was just run by travellers volunteering, who weren't massively helpful and messed up our booking and bill. Saying that it wasn't horrendous, it sufficed for a night (the beds are really comfy) and it had a great location.

Nice basic but comfortable rooms, with what is now a luxury for us... 2 pillows each. We had the best wifi we have had in the last 6 months in S. America. The hostel is close to the main tourist strip, and we used them to book our floating islands tour. The only negative is that they charged us 40soles for our bus tickets to Puno, when they gave us the tickets before we left the price said 20 soles. I understand that we pay commission for them booking but 20 soles was really steep.

We only stayed at Adventure Brew having been in Wild Rover before. We had a private room which was spacious with a clean bathroom, the only downside was the bed was on the small side. The main pro of Adventure brew was it was really quiet. If we returned again we would stay here over Wild Rover for that reason.

We moved to this hostel after staying in quite a lively one so we could relax and enjoy what Cusco had to offer. I am so glad we did this, the rooms and bathrooms were really clean, they are more of the standard you would expect from a nice b&b than a hostel. Every morning we received eggs, fruit smoothie and the usual bread and jam for breakfast. It also had the best wifi we had encountered in the last two months in S.America. If you want a nice, homely place to stay in Cusco this is the one.

In all not a bad place to spend time.

Amazing hostel, it is the only place I have given 100% too on our trip so far. Really good value. Breakfasts amazing worth getting up for even after too much wine. Free wine happy hour is the best idea in a hostel yet at everyone has an excuse to socialise. There are lots of activities and trips to join some of which are amazing value such as empanada making (it's free with more free wine) and pizza party. Staff are also great. You really must stay here.

Utter bliss. We came here to just relax and unplug from the world and this is exactly what they offer. Sitting watching the sunset with local wine, or enjoying one of the delicious meals then relaxing by the fire or in the sauna is a must. The hostel itself was good the rooms were big, quite clean; despite this our experience was negative, like other reviews we had read, this place can be let down by staff. On arrival they seemed to have no reference of our booking, we were shown to dorm despite saying we had booked a private & paid for it. When we left we were told we hadn't paid and needed to pay. After some debates and phone calls it was agreed we had paid. Also there was a lot of noise most nights from music being played.
