Loved, loved, loved our stay here! We were given a gorgeous sparkling clean white-and-peach room at the top of the hotel with a panoramic harbour view. (Only drawback, tiny bathroom/shower and the firm beds typical in Turkey.) The breakfast/hangout area is a lovely eccentric courtyard draped in bougainvillea and vines, full of potted plants, fun bricabrac and a fountain. Gracious proprietor Tuna helpfully set us up with a fine all-day "12 Islands" cruise with a trustworthy operator.
Loved trying the Cappadocian lifestyle in a cave room. A bed in a niche carved into rock is certainly unique. We appreciated the cleanliness and warmth of this quirky little hotel, but even more so Mustafa and staff, the epitome of Turkish hospitality in their desire to ensure a wonderful, effortless stay. M. arranged a balloon ride for us ahead of arrival and later a Green Tour. The staff also put on a fine grilled dinner on the panoramic patio, where we got to meet M's little girl. Perfect!
