Located in the main street of Riomaggiore towards the top of the hill. We stayed in a 6person dorm which is really a small 2 bedroom apartment at the top of a very steep set of stairs. It's not a hostel as such but we had a great group of other travellers staying at the same time as us. Own kitchenette, however we could not manage to light the stove or oven. Good view from Juliet balcony. Good value for Cinque Terre!
Very nice and modern hostel with a cool industrial style fit-out. Great, comfy beds with underbed storage lockers and reading light. Plenty of room down stairs in the lounge and bar area to hang about. Located within 100m of the Zitelle vaporetti stop. Only two stops to St Mark's square across the other side of the canal. Could improve on tourist information services. Would have been nice to have received a good map of Venice and some advice on things to do and places to see.
Perfect location for a one night stay after arriving on a late night Ryanair flight into Venice Treviso and catching the connecting Ryanair bus to Venice-Mestre train station. As described is only a few minutes walk from the train station. As per the name it really is a 'hotel' even though dorm-style hostel rooms are offered. Good WiFi. Bathrooms could use a very good clean and some maintenance. Sink in our room didn't drain properly and tap dripped all night but accomodation served our purpose.
Big, big hostel split over two buildings. I think private rooms are located in the separate building across the street... Our 8-bed dorm room was very clinical and military like. Small bunks with thin mattresses with protective vinyl cover. Left luggage storage area needs an upgrade. Many lockers have been vandalised and makes for the appearance of being unsafe to leave luggage however ours was fine when we left it for a day. GREAT VALUE and DELICIOUS home-style cooked Belgian dinners on offer!!
