It's was the hottest day so AC would be welcomed, but it's ok - they put a fan in each room. Also - a realy nice kitchen and the wifi is not the best though.

not much of a hostel feeling, but maybe it's because i took the 24 bed room. room was a bit smelly cause people close the windows all the time - but pretty ok. nice breakfast

they are in a desperate need of AC or switch to other window that can actually let air in.

Should have the placed the mirrors in the dorms in a better place instead behind the beds. Except that - the hostel was amazing. Good people, good atmosphere, nice staff and good location. And if you pay yhe extra they serve good breakfast as well. Recomended!

Hi O. Thank you for your comments. I guess it's part of our underground personality to place mirror behind beds. It's a contemporary idea! Kind regards, M, Copenhagen Downtown Hostel

Apart from having an 8 beds room, there was no feeling of a hostel. It's a hotel with dorms. Clean, nice breakfast (if you pay the extra everymorning), comfy beds and a working AC.

It would have been nicer if they didnt close the common room at 23. The wifi wasnt the best, every now and then it would disconect so you had to go downstairs to fetch a new password. Also if the only toilet at the first floor were taken, the rest were at the basement (it's not the most pleasent thing when you wake up in the middle of the night). But it was a nice hostel, so it still was worth the money i paid.

We stayed at the dostel for 4 nights, and we enjoyed every second. They serve great breakfast, even though it on short schedule. Kitchen was fully equipped (no oven). Location - five minutes from the main train station, if you're slow. The best thing - amazing staff! We left them our laundry and came back in the evening to find it washed and dried, they recomended us on great villeges and beaches.apart from that, when we needed help with moving on to paris- they did more then enough. stay there!

We only stayed there for one night, but there were clean showers and toilets, no wifi reception inside the dorms, great breakfast and nice common area but the kitchen itself is not the best.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms clean (every day), bathrooms were also clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice (good cookies) but the best part is the good atmosphere and other guests that make all great. Good value for money, would definitely recomend staying there!

Giovanni was an icredible man and always very helpful and full of advice on where to go and what to eat. Apart from not having a mirror inside one of the girls dorms and an oven that does'nt work - the hosyel itself was great. Giod value for money, i'd recomend it.

Overall the hostel was great. The are two major downsides - there's no wifi reception in the rooms and you need to sit at the pub, unless you got the rooms in the building next to the bar. Another thing was no kitcen or tea/coffe facilities. If you want to it you must go out. Apart from that our stay in the yellow was fun and we got meet many new interesting people.

It's a bidg apartment turned into a hostel, there's no lift and it at the 4th floor. Not the best for suitcases. Apart from that it all very clean and tidy, frash linen and towles, comfy beds. The only downside - no kitchen, only tea/coffee facilities.

The only thing that was missing were mirrors in the upper floor dorms. Apart from that the time we spent in the hostel was great - cool and relaxed atmosphere.
