Perfect for a budget stay in Rio. The cosiness and homely feel makes up for lack of luxury. Breakfast was great, wifi worked fine. The communal areas were cool. The walk up the hill is steep, but if you don't mind walking its fine. The beds have wierd plastic on them but I could live with it! All in all had a good experience and it was definitely good value.

Good location, easy to get to when you arrive, a little walk from the beaches, but I enjoyed the walk (only 10 mins tops) clise to supermarket, bank and restaurants. Super clean - no musty/mould smell that I read about in other reviews- it was fine! Breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly, communal areas were cool to chill out in. Wifi is sliw but works- computers have faster connection. Loved my stay here!

Great hostel, located perfectly on Pituba, close enough to walk to all the main beaches/restsurants/shops. A very cool social atmosphere, even though I was there in the quiet season and they're weren't many people there.
