When first arriving we were greeted by two staff members who were really unprofessional they told us that we were being sent to a location that wasn't at the hostel but a private residence which was a "10" min walk away turned out to be 30mins away from the hostel, he told us we didn't have a choice as they were booked at the main hostel, there was no wifi and we were put in a shared house after asking for a private ensuite. In the end rosa was the only one that cared enough to move us.

it is located in a pretty good location however it is right on the edge of. tenderloine as long as you stick to the right your fine however my friend did get attacked by one of the homeless people who luckily didn't run away with her money if it wasn't for the locals! the hostel is good for the money you pay but nothing like the pictures also alot of Korean students and no friendly welcoming parties or gatherings! it is right next to the Hilton which makes it feel safer, overall it was good.
