This is an amazing hostel that feels more like a hotel. Loved my stay here and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with info and tips on where to go and what to eat. The only tiny downside is the wifi doesn't really work in the courtyard, which is a shame as its a great place to chill out, but that's me being really picky...everything else was perfect..stay here when you're in Mendoza!
Great place to stay..it is a little out of town but easy enough to jump a collectivo Into town if you need anything. Staff are really friendly if not totally bonkers but makes the place awesome and would defo stay here again.
Think we we're put in the older of the hostels as facilities were pretty basic but nothing horrendous. Was only passing through for 1 night but it served its purpose.
An amazing stay here, Jose was amazing helping us to book tours and get the most from our stay in Chachapoyas. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hostel was spotless and made to feel like being at home. Great location just off the main square and near all the restaurants. Thoroughly recommend staying here!!
Really enjoyed stay here and ended up extending! It is a long way out of town but you don't really need to leave the hostel.. Staff great fun and trying to organise activities to keep everyone occupied but great just to laze by the pool. Definitely stay back here
Staff appalling on arrival especially after they'd reserved different room type to booking made thru hostelworld..grudgingly have booked room after making fuss that was more expensive than I'd paid despite the booking confirmation showing the details. Hostel is a way from town but not enough to put you off plus food on site is good so you don't need to really care. Good vibe when stayed there from all the guests and would stay here again if better staff!
The hostel itself is a beautiful building set on the forest, it is a way out of town as they say making it a fair walk if you want food. The kitchen is private so you can't use it, just borrow plates etc if you've bought food but not cook. They say they offer food but this has to be pre-ordered by midday that day so be warned if your turn up late you'll be going hungry! There was no welcome at all when arrived just shown to room and then ignored all night as we're too busy chatting to friends
Good hostel to base yourself in for seeing quito..not far to walk from old town so close to the history. Sandra is doing a great job since taking over the hostel and slowly improving the place..she's a fountain of knowledge and great for a chat over a beer! Lack of breakfast is a slight downer but plenty of places nearby to fill up pretty cheap.. Definitely love to come back when more hss been improved and I'd totally stay here again now if was back in quito
Hostel is a good place to stop over on way to/from if you need to break journey. It is in random part of town with not much nearby except shopping centre. Taxis unlikely to know where it is so be prepared to drive around for a while! Otherwise nothing wrong and I'd stay there again for a night to break up journeys
Great place to base yourself for a few days in Miraflores..good location as close enough to all the action but 5 mins away to make it quieter at night. Was pretty quiet when stayed there so wasn't really an atmosphere and none of the activities mentioned in the listing were forthcoming! Some staff great but others couldn't care less even when pushed! Would stay here again as immaculately clean with great showers and to see if any better when more people staying
Great hostel to stay in arrequipa. Spotlessly clean and staff were all fantastic to try and help out with any questions. Tour booking on site was great as made it easy to plan. Pancake breakfast was great change and certainly filled you up! Only downside was not great for meeting people, could have been that hostel was quiet or maybe that's just how it rolls there! And one other prob was they ran out of beer on a sat night! Def recommend staying here tho as one of the best hostels so far!
It's a pretty basic hostel that serves its purpose as a stop over doing tours in rurrenabaque. Staff we're shocking in that they hid from guests and have no info at all on anything. Overall it's cheap and kinda cheerful and is prob best place in town to use as a 1 night stop at either end of a tour
Great place to stay in la Paz as is more like hotel than hostel..not the best for meeting people but was perfect for us as travelling together and just used as a base for exploring..travel agency were great and helped organise trips and hostel let us leave bags when on trips away..would definitely stay here again
A great hostel to stay in whilst on San pedro. Yes it is a little walk from town but really not an issue as only 10 minutes. Otherwise a great place to stay!
It is a nice enough hostel but was let down by indifferent staff who gave no info or made you feel welcome. The set up is good with lots of outdoor communal space..if your staying in summer! It was freezing cold and very little warm/covered space to sit without hiding in your room. I'd a little walk from the main town but didn't feel unsafe at all..wouldn't mind hoing back when Warmer to see if it deserves a better score!
Great place to stay, vicky and all the staff really friendly and welcoming with lots of time taken to explain the town and what to so..totally clean and constantly bring cleaned further..only had 1 night but wish could have stayed more!
Very unfriendly hostel with staff not even caring about guests..no info offered about the town and even when pushed they just threw a map across the desk. Rooms were clean on the centre bit of the floor but anything not visible from the door was covered in thick layer of dust. Bar played loins music until 3 am even tho no one was there! Only stayed 1 night but was 1 night too many!
Great location in Palermo and good to explore the city..staff are ok but not much info available about where to go..no maps given out to explain the city and only way to find out I'd to push the staff to explain..breakfast is very poor..dry bread, dulce de leche and 1 mandarin per person! Otherwise a great place to stay in town and use as your base to explore. Newer hostel that's still learning but soo spotless and warmest showers of our trip! Sure it'll improve with age!
Great place to stay in puerto iguazu..really close to bus station and all the main bits of town. Staff we're really helpful with info and served up some great food for dinner..been a while since found a hostel with a wine list! Good atmosphere and facilities and met some great people during our time there! Been recommending to everyone I've met on my travels!
Shame the weather was so poor when we were there made stay unpleasant as was soo cold in rooms..staff didn't really seem forthcoming with info unless pushed and the room had unpleasant smell from the bathroom..only stayed 2 nights so it served its purpose!
Had great 2 nights here..was Independence day so Trindad was much busier than usual but had awesome time and George took us all out to his fav bar for a drink or 6! Def recommend staying here for great chill out in the forest!
Stayed there for 2 nights and hostel us ok, problem was owner appeared to have extended family staying who took over the common areas making it impossible/uncomfortable to use the shared facilities..understand we we're there in quiet times but still made it not greatest stay..on plus side breakfast is as good as everyone says!
The lighthouse was an amazing find..it's small and cozy which was perfect for getting your head around rio when arriving off an intercontinental flight..the staff couldn't have been more helpful with providing info, hints and tips about the city and also a good old chat if you wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better introduction to rio and brazil Sylvia, Karina
