The rooms were quite small, and if you are traveling with luggage this can be problematic. Overall, the hotel was decent for its price in Paris, but the location isn't that great. It was a bit far from the main attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, and we always had to take the metro to get around. In addition, the area didn't feel safe at night.

When we arrived at this hostel, the elevator was broken so we had to bring our luggages up two flights of stairs. When we opened the door, we realized that we were assigned to the wrong room. Also, the lighting of the rooms were super dim and it became problematic for us girls to put on makeup. The lights kept flashing throughout the night despite turning them off. It really disrupted our sleep! Finally, we had our laundry done, and they were left to dry on our bedposts because they had no dryer
