Very friendly staff, excellent value for money. The only issue I had was the lack of ventilation in my room. The bathroom fan was not working.

My stay was spoilt by the very bad sewerage smell coming into the room from the street. The bathroom also had a bad smell. Without this it would be a great place.

Hostelword booking not received. No room available when I checked in. Was given a room without ensuite. The bicycle I rented had a leaky tyre

My reservation was not received and there was no private room available when I arrived. My email about airport pickup was not received either. So there is a lot of room for improvement in the digital communications area. I spent the first night in a dorm, where the sink was blocked.

Very nice accommodation and helpful friendly staff. Located within cycling distance from the old town and the beach. Unfortunately, the bicycles for rent at the hotel are in incredibly bad shape. And there is no other place nearby to rent a bicycle.

Very good staff and accommodation. The only inconvenience is the lack of a kettle in the room. Instead you need to pick up a Thermos from the kitchen, which seems like a silly setup. Highly recommended.

Very good staff and accommodation. The only downside was the noise from renovations.
I love to hear that patrons loved their stay... Sorry about the reno's but soon to be finished sometime in October... Regards Brian

Although it's within walking distance from Makati, the walk is along big busy roads. Not nice. The expressway next door causes a lot of noise. Staff are helpful and the room was nice , except for the smell of the industrial strength toilet block.

In the 3 days that I stayed here the girl at reception didn't smile once. Every request seemed like a burden. The bathroom was dirty and the room facilities were basic.

The single room with ensuite barely fits a bed and has no ensuite. Bathroom is across the corridor. Staff speak poor English

True to Japanese tradition, staff were not willing to loosen the rules regarding laundry service.
