Sergio was fantastic... What I felt needed to be looked at again was prices in relation to other places. The rooms were ok. We still in a lot of different hostels in Rio and really it was a little over priced!

We booked a double room but instead were led by a receptionist into a Male Dorm room. She turned the light on and woke them up. The pillows were fithy and the mattress horrendous. We rushed around to settle as to not wake the others. Half an hour later she came in to the room to get us to put us in another room. The room stank of smoke and we later found a cigerette in the drawer. Bathrooms werent cleaned and were moldy. Poor experience all round. Really disappointing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our friend became very ill and needed to be hospitalised... The staff helped us out and then asked after her when we returned each night. Very grateful for their concern. The only thing that I felt was something they could address is the doors into the dorms... The panels were difficult to close and if someone wanted to they could have looked into the rooms... Maybe you could cheaply frost the windows out for improved privacy. Regardless out that thankyou very much!

Really fantastic place. Location is great for the falls we easy bus links. Very quiet town so great to relax and unwind. Staff were excellent. It's a hotel over hostel and the price was incredible for the service. Don't expect to be partying. However there was a great bar/restaurant with lovely food down the road.

The hostel had inflated prices for the visit of the Pope. This made it really too expensive for what we were paying for. Free WiFi was fantastic. Staff were very sweet and wanted to help out but knew little about links in and out of the city and the general area. Rooms were great but not enough bathroom facilities for tye amount of guests. Breakfast was fantastic and loved the lady that served it.
