We loved this hostel. Had a great vibe, super relaxed and homely. Owner speaks great English but the rest of the staff are mainly Spanish speakers.

Great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay. Just be careful when out at night time, there were a number of reports of people being approached for their money.

This is a really awesome hostel a fantastic building which is nice nd lean and has everything you need. We found the hostel very relaxing and had a good atmosphere. We stayed both here and in Al Pablado. Al Pablado has more shops and eateries around but also more tourists and with that comes tourists prices. We enjoyed both areas equally but for different reasons. Th Urban Buddahis an awesom place to stay an relax but does require a bit of travelling if you want to see Al Pablado and other areas

A fantastic hostel. Good location with a 5min walk to the main square. Hostel is warm and staff are very friendly. The owner Estel is wonderful, gave us a ton of information on cusco and different options for getting to Matchu Picchu

A really good hostel in a good location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. One night the hostel was completely full and the hot water ran out.. Easily fixed by showering early evening

Good basic hostel that served our purpose of a short stay for transition into activities in the area. Staff were great. Facilities basic but did the job

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. A real little sanctuary with the familiarities of home for those who have been traveling for some time. Great facilities and a wonderful kitchen with fabulous views. Around a 5-10 minute walk from town but worth every step. If you let the location put you off you are crazy

Hostal Los Salares

The hostel was fine but not what we imagined given previous reviews. Breakfast was not great, even for Bolivian standards. Most discounting thing was being sat down as soon as we arrived and given the hard sell to take the hostels salt flat tours despite having said we already had one booked. The hostel does not create a great atmosphere. Everything is under lock and key which is a bit of putting

Good place to stay for the purpose it serves. However if I was to do it again I would skip the overnight stay and go straight through to tupiza. There are plenty of collectivos in villazon that will take you to tupiza for 20 bolivianos

Great hostel. No complaints at all. Great outdoor area. BBQ is amazing. A little short on utensils in the kitchen but everyone makes it work
