Naples Pizza Hostel

Naples, Italy

Wasn't bad for a night but no longer than that, the room was very small, weak wifi, no air conditioning and freezing cold showers. The kitchen is nice so you can buy food and cook at the hostel but other than that the places really needs some work.

Hostel 7 Santi

Florence, Italy

The place was nice except there was no air conditioning and it was hot! Plus the bugs were bad so windows open weren't really helpful. It's a little far from centre but you can catch the bus easily.

Hotel Vallazze

Milan, Italy

The place was good for what we needed. We only stayed a couple nights, it's pretty close to metro. It's basic, no air conditioning like most places we have realized but does offer fan which helps. The biggest problem we had was the directions to the place were so bad. The street is actually called something else off the Main Street so definitely google it before you arrive or grab a taxi.

It should have been an excellent stay, the bedrooms are very nice. Each bed has a privacy curtain, light and outlet but we had really loud roommates and the bar downstairs was really loud as well. Plus no air conditioning so you wake up sweating and the bathrooms never have toilet paper. The room was nice just everything else was a pain.

Can't think of a Better place to call home while away. The wifi works great, free breakfast and dinner! She is a wonderful host, probably the most hospitable places we have encountered. The location is a little far from city centre and the area at first seemed iffy but not once did we have trouble. The metro is within walking distance and from there you can go anywhere. the metro is so cheap you really save $ by staying outside centre. highly recommend!

The location is great, right next to the underground. The staff was nice and accommodating. Only real down fall was the shared bathrooms were beyond just being dirty. But other that the stay was nice.

Mec Hostel

Dublin, Ireland

The place is pretty dirty, the showers were so dirty we just waited til the next hostel to even take one. The lounge area is ok in some places, a couple of the sofas look like they pulled them out of the garbage. Security of the building was ok but the location seemed sketchy and really loud at night. Wouldn't stay there again no matter how low the price us..

Doolin Hostel

Doolin, Ireland

Excellent hostel! The staff is very friendly and accommodating which reflects the whole community of Doolin. The location is perfect, its right across from the bus stop, minutes from each of the pubs and only a short walk to the pier. We highly recommend and hope to back again someday.

Delighted to hear you enjoyed Doolin so much, it really is a special place full of great people, with a lot of things to do. Till the next time we meet. Take care Anthony and Deirdre

Kinlay House Cork

This hostel has been one of the most inconvenient hostels we have stayed at so far. The Wi-fi doesn't work, if you do get connected it will only last for a few minutes before you lose signal again. On the last night the water in our bathroom was brown so no one could take showers or anything. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, it was literally a basket of bread and nothing else. I understand they are in renovations, but with all the problems at this hostel the price should be WAY lower.

Jacobs Inn

Loved the lounge area, great place for relaxing after a day of exploring. The Wi-fi was good which is a huge plus in our book. Having extra bathrooms available is a great addition.
