Jacobs Inn

Dublin, Ireland

Nice and clean, well-run by the 24/7 on-duty staff. Great location in downtown Dublin for walking to Temple Bar and very secure - keycards required to enter the interior lobby, elevator, kitchen, etc. Spacious breakfast and common room area, as well as an accessible kitchen. We always come back to Jacobs!

Captain Halpin's Hostel

Wicklow, Ireland

The owners are so welcoming and hospitable! They offer cheap rides to/from Glendalough National Park at any time of the day. The hostel is VERY clean and well-kept. The staff is fun and helpful. Very workable kitchen and outdoor patio. Clean bathroom with HOT water!

Paddy's Palace Killarney

Killarney, Ireland

Great location and staff was very helpful. In the city center, but also easily walkable to Killarney National Park for cycling, hiking, etc. Would stay here again!

Clare's Rock Hostel

The Burren, Ireland

What a great residence! Pat Cassidy was a generous host and made sure we were welcomed in the area by informing us of Gaelic football matches, live pub sessions and the best trails through the Burren. He even let us do laundry in the office! Would highly recommend Clare's Rock Hostel for a quiet, "authentic Irish" stay for travelers looking to hike, enjoy the craic and see beautiful Ireland.

Salmon Weir Hostel

Galway, Ireland

Clean and affordable! Nice and quiet, felt like a hotel. Great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff and many internationals to speak with and learn from. The open lounge attached to the kitchen gives a welcome feel to the place as there is always someone playing one of the available instruments, having a meal or otherwise.
