Friendly staff!! Great breakfast and pool/lounge/bar, however very small dorms - had to keep my big rucksack on my bed which wasn't ideal. Could do with taking a bunk out. Shower was lukewarm and our bathroom was flooded with water. Party hostel so music till 2am

Really helpful staff! Great walking tour. Super clean bathroom with nice warm shower. Decent breakfast and amazing pool. Dorm was a little dark and gloomy as no natural light but we didn't spend much time there. Ideal location for Guayaquil, felt really safe and walking distance to cafes and supermarket. Shame about the lack of atmosphere, not many people around.

Staff were really lovely! Good social bar with happy hour. Our dorm wasn't the best as it rained a lot and the roof leaked all over our bags. If you're not going out there is loud music all night, maybe because our door didn't shut. But was cleaned daily. Pool is perfect for the heat but was pretty green on the days we stayed. Breakfast is amazing! Had been looking for avo and poached eggs + feta on toast all over SA. Great location on the beach but a little out of town (20 min walk)

Staff were either completely clueless or just plain rude, check in was painfully slow. Wifi was terrible. No safe in our private room but lockers in the dorm. Free breakfast is always great - was a little basic. The free dinner is a nice touch. Good communal area and the location is fine as Banos is so small.

The owner Anthony was super helpful! Comfy stopover during a long journey into Ecuador. Hot showers

Lovely! Great location, really easy to book transfers and tours from the hostel. Safes in the room and nice bar area with deck chairs, overal amazing! Staff a little confused at times

We struggled to rate Bella's, it did the job for a backpacker price in an expensive place. The beds where uncomfortable but we had a nice airy room in an annex. Salt water showers and none of our side of the hostel, no real activities at the the hostel but you can book things/go to for frinks at Dirty McNastys opposite and then come back to a quiet place. Good location.

Amazing location (centre of beautiful town), party atmosphere so loud music 7am-10pm - don't go for a quiet stay! Nice pool area, great rooftop, good food, bar staff sometimes rude.

Nice, clean hostel, unfortunately arrived at 3am and paid $11 for a bed for 4 hours but I guess that is just policy. Otherwise helpful if a little confused staff, breakfast very unorganised but nice hostel atmosphere and good taxi share system to the airport.
