Great staff!! All of them. They really make an effort. Room was clean and perfect. However, they might really need to consider having something called "Internet". Even developing countries have better Internet than this and logging on to something takes time and 40 mins cut off time is a joke. Better interent, better ratings!!

Great effort from the owner, night person and housekeeper. However, not all staff are helpful. Good value for money. Reasonable breakfast, rooms with air con. Frequent mention of electric short circuit in the toilets by other stayers. Was a little freaked out using the toilet, you could see the wires hanging out and stuff.

Few dollars more could fetch you a better place in the same Taksim area. Little weird vibe in this hostel and odd stuff going on, yelling and screaming at female staff. Some people mentioned they had a good stay. But not a bad option if you are real short of money.

It was tuff. only 2 toilets for the entire hostel (hostel capacity 85), no air condition, no hot plate or Owen in the kitchen, zero Heath and safety, reluctant and aggressive receptionist, kitchen closes 10 at night (it's a joke in Spain). Receptionist rip you off with 20€ bike hire a day, whereas you can get one elsewhere for 40€ for a month. Hardly any vibe in the hostel. Good thing is it is next to the palace and internet is good and that is all.

Staff are fantastic!!! Rooms are very clean and perfect. Air conditioned as well. Every room has its own toilets and communal toilets are available too. Staff are very helpful and the walking tour and pub crawl pretty awesome tooo. You only pay for the first night of pub crawl and the other nights are free until you stay in Seville. Directions to the hostels are very good. Ecarnation organic markets a minute away where everything is cheap and fresh and very spanish. Breaky is good. No TV
