I liked the traveller-friendly atmosphere, clean and comfortable facilities. The location is a bit hard to find, and it might be useful to inform travellers on some landmarks to look out for, while walking down Avenue Loverchy (e.g. should walk past the pharmacy etc). But the quiet neighbourhood is welcome relief, and it's great that there are bikes for rent.

Auberge Bagatelle

I enjoyed staying at Auberge Bagatelle. Though it is out of the city centre, the walk wasn't too long (5 mins from Palais des Papes), and the views of the river and the old town are stunning. The toilets were very clean, and the staff were helpful. I would suggest though that the auberge consider installing lockers in the rooms, so that travellers can lock up valuables. I had great hostel mates, and everything was fine. But having lockers in place would give travellers greater ease of mind.
