Great stay at Hatters. Beyond the tranquility of the cool pod dorm lies the buzzing city centre and the green oasis that is St Paul's Square. Friendly, efficient staff, T and toast available all day. Breakfast included. !0 minutes walk to Snow Hill Rail station and 15 minutes to Hill Street for Megabus. Lots to see in Birmingham including music venues, fine Victorian architecture, cool urban coffee shops.
Marvelous location near tubes, shops etc and a short walk from Hyde Park. Has a really nice easy going feel. The building is cool ( 1950s i think ), light , spacious and airy with a roof terrace. The price of breakfast seems high but there are lots of places to go locally.. I would stay again for the atmosphere, location and architecture.,
Yes, I have stayed before and Hatters offers value for money and privacy in the pod dorm. Snowy white, nice quality bed sheets are a bonus. Light, bright adjoining shower room / WC./ wash basins always available ( no queuing ). Located in a funky urban setting : a ten minute walk fro the city centre. Birmingham is a great city and massively under rated.
