The staff at the reception was kinda helpful.
The service at the reception was impressive and commendable. The staff were always friendly and helped out readily. I am grateful to the staff in rendering the extra service in getting my boarding pass and train ticket printed. The breakfast was okay but the lunch and dinner were good. They were served hot and there was even ice cream or dessert. The toilet can be improved if hooks were put up and blown bulbs changed when fused. Overall, a wonderful experience!
No internet connection in the room. It makes things very difficult for people like me who needs to check on information pertaining to the next travel stop and the ordering of tickets etc. A lot of time is spent seated in the lounge with the noise from people's loud laughters and singing as it was the only place I could access internet. The charging point that was placed on the floor did not permit me to charge my ipad since the wire was too short. No charging point near bed in the room too.
Was given a bed that was already occupied. As it was already slightly past 2200, the owner could no longer be located at the reception. It was an unpleasant night as the lady had a very bad temper and words exchanged were nasty. The bed light provided was not allowed to be turned on as she demanded complete darkness. I had to travel more than 30 minutes just to collect my luggage then head to the train station that was another 30 minutes away. Met some kind souls at the lounge though.
