Perfect Hostel

Overall, a great experience especially for the low cost. Great breakfast included, clean modern bathrooms, nicely decorated rooms. Only big complaint was that the upper floors were EXTREMELY hot. Rooms NEED fans. ALso construction meant we couldn't open our windows which was awful in the heat. But this hostel was very well run and clean. Location was good enough since it was near the metro.

We really loved our stay here. Great location, great breakfast, and the rooms were nice enough. Very basic, but clean.

Very nice place, not the best location and we weren't offered "breakfast" on our last morning which did not make sense to me. Also the breakfast was pretty bad. However, staff were great very helpful! Would stay again but only if we couldn't afford better.

The location was amazing, but this hostel was filthy!! On our first night we saw another guest at the desk complaining of bed bugs. He mentioned how his girlfriend's back was covered in bites. The response of the person at the desk was that they couldn't change rooms but he offered him a can of bug spray.. We were shocked. Then the guest read the bug spray bottle and informed the employee that the spray specifically did not work for bed bugs.. Our room was fine but we never felt clean after that

Jaeger's Munich

The staff at this hostel were so unhelpful. More interested in drinking beer than helping the long line of guests at the front desk. Whenever we asked a staff member a question the response we got was "my colleague will help you." Very lazy staff who acted as if they are running an emergency room rather than a hostel. Every small task they were doing seemed to stress them out and completely distract them form answering questions or helping guests. Worst staff of our travels, hands down.

Stay in Chelsea

Great location in a nice neighbourhood very close to a underground station. Great restaurants near by. Staff were nice, but there was no where to store bags upon arrival which was annoying. The hostel is in a very old building so the bathrooms were a bit gross, but overall they tried their best to keep it clean. We had a private room which was nicely decorated, though small. Overall a good experience, would go back if I am still on a budget. Definitely good but only as a budget place.
