Great location and super friendly staff. They told us everywhere to go and we had a great stay!

Standard Hostel with a good location in temple bar, although far from the bus stop. Didn't give off a real come and meet people vibe though.

Friend's Hostel

Has to be in the sketches part of Paris and I'm not easily put off by a neighbourhood. Doors only have one key so they're open all the time and there's no lockers. Wifi is only available at limited times. Avoid if you can.

Great atmosphere, but the shower didn't have hot water which was kind of a bummer.

Beautiful Hostel, but way out of the city centre. Luckily I just stayed for a layover, so it was easy enough to access by s-bahn. Biggest bathroom ever.

Showers and toilets require you to go across the balcony and unlock a door at night, which is quite inconvenient. It's incredibly loud, especially when there is garbage collection at 6 in the morning or people are drinking on the balcony. But the lockers are big and you couldn't ask for a better location.

A little ways from old town, but still walk-able. Everything is pretty standard, but the common room seemed to lack people wanting to meet new people.

Pretty standard hostel...a bit of a ways from the train station, but close to old town and the castle. The free breakfast is bacon and eggs, which is amazing for a hostel.

Great start at Corfu Backpackers/Pink Palace. Just make sure you pre-book so you get a ride from the port/airport and don't have to run around trying to find the place in town.

Basic hostel with basic facilities, but hard to beat for the price. Nice and close to the train too.

Solid hostel with great common area patio and location within walking distance of everything ing. No lockers, but rooms are locked so still pretty secure.

Great hostel! Had everything you could look for in a hostel and free breakfast and dinner is a huge bonus. Only down side is that not every shower has hot water (so make sure you use one with a heater in the room).

Altea Hostel

Staff was friendly enough and there were lots of plugs in the room. The wifi was terrible though and I personally dislike the disposable sheets. Also leaving your bag there on checkout day us 2€ extra which is ridiculous when it's just left sitting in reception.

Staff make sure your bag is safe if you leave it for the day; no lockers, but they tag it beside registration. They were also fine when I came back late to check in officially. Really just a place to sleep though, so I can't say much about the common room atmosphere.

Hotel Plantage

More of a hotel than a hostel, so no common room that we saw. Free hot drinks (anytime) are nice, but there's no breakfast.

Owner Comment (Hide)
Dear Guests, Thanks for your review. We appreciate it very much. Unfortunately we are limited with the space in the hotel and there is no possibility to set up a lunch room. We hope to see you in our hotel in the future. Best regards, Hotel Plantage Management

Amsterdam Hostel Janson

It's located right by the I Amsterdam sign, which is pretty convenient, but a little far from the train (if you walk). There's no real kitchen for cooking, but free breakfast (toast and coffee) is nice got the price we paid. Rooms are very small with barely enough room to store your luggage in.

Showers only went on when you held the button down and there was no temperature control. Rooms also only had one plug in, which is annoying for a room of 4. The atmosphere is good and the bar was pretty full quite often, not that we spent any time there.
