This hostell is a bit rough round the edges but its made up for by the staff who were very nice. Breakfast was ok by Argentinian standards cereal as well as bread.
Kitchen equipment was quite limited. Bathrooms were a bit grubby and very humid due to the abscense of any ventilation. Staff were however nice and the atmosphere was very dependant on who else is staying. I really like San Telmo as a location.
Breakfast was really good. Utensils in the kitchen were very limited.
Great little place. Felt like a home away from home.
Kitchen equipment was very limited, not even a tea towel.
Despite some of my low ratings the staff, atmosphere and other guests made this one of my favourite hostels. It is very laid back and welcoming but as a result it is a little rough round the edges. Felt like a home away from home.
Breakfast is included and it is nice. Staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. A girl I met the first morning wanted to stay another night but they were full so they paid for a taxi for both of us to stay at their second hostel which was even nicer.
Arrived off the sleeper bus and was able to get breakfast and a shower straight away and an early check-in. Staff were very helpful. Atmosphere was good and was easy to opt in or out of the party scene.
The communal area was a bit lacking and usually occupied by staff watching TV (mostly in the evening). No bar which was disappointing. Left no real reason to stay there in the evening, they are missing out on a lot of business hear. Breakfast items run out pretty early in the morning.
The staff were very helpful. The dorm and bathroom was really clean. It is a short walk to the party area of town but far enough away to have quiet time if you want.
Hostel was great. The staff were really friendly. Location was fantastic, right in the centre of town. Without air-con it could be a bit uncomfortable in the height of summer.
