Cabinas Eddy

Monteverde, Costa Rica

Just a short walk from the main street, Cabinas Eddy is very easy to reach. We booked our zipwiring tour through the front desk which was the cheapest price! The shared kitchen wasnt the cleanest but had good facilities. We were running late in the morning and so missed the breakfast, but it looked delicious. Great Value for money. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Arenal Backpackers Resort

La Fortuna, Costa Rica

We stayed in one of the tents and really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was beautifully maintained and there were sunbeds available, although expensive the food and smoothies were good. The lockers provided for bags were a little small and the hostel was quite noisy until quite late at night. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to book outings and the hostel prices for the outings were reasonable.

We had booked Bambu hostel as a quick overnight stay before our journey to Costa Rica in the morning. The staff were very helpful and the kitchen was great. We wish we could have stayed the next day to enjoy the pool. The bar looked excellent and there was a nice atmosphere.
