It is a really nice hostel in a really nice location - if a little far from town for those with a bit of luggage. The people staying there were mostly a mix of families, school groups and older people doing day walks. If you're a solo backpacker, you might find it difficult to find someone to strike up a conversation with - most people in the common areas were keeping to themselves. There is a charge for WiFi (e.g. £5 for three days). In 2013 this is not good.

Everything is good except the lack of WiFi in the dorms and the shower issue commonly noted in the other reviews - why they haven't done something about this I do not know... if they fixed these two things it would be very difficult to fault the place. The breakfast is good, the bar is good, the location is good, the staff were very helpful.
Decent place. No problems. Helpful staff. Would stay here again. Good hot drinks for under a euro (espresso for 60 cents I think) from the vending machine in the common area.
Great option if you're arriving by train and visiting the ruins - both are in walking distance. Recommend staying two nights so you have a whole day at the ruins (you'll need it). The staff are great, the garden is awesome. The only thing that needs fixing is the shower head in one odd the rooms and the limited supply of hot water (but everything else more than makes up for this).
The staff were very helpful - gave a five minute overview of the city which was both comprehensive and concise (not easy to do in the best city in the world). No problems to note - would stay here again.
Good place. Helpful staff. Very secure. Good atmosphere. Location is a bit far from the centre but walkable. Only cons are the that laundry costs €8! and WiFi does not reach everywhere.
