Wonderful hostel! It is one of the syha hostels so it is equipped with wonderful facilities, such as a massive kitchen, and things you can buy if you need. The only problem I find is the lock out during the day, because its a bit annoying if you're, say, sick and want to stay in bed or in the lounge roo for most part of the day.
Wonderful position next to the bus station, so good for a stop over. Atmosphere isn't the best cause its not that friendly and they have signs everywhere telling everyone what not to do, instead of having some nice posters or something. But it's a perfectly adequate place to stay.
Loved this place!! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff who are always willing to help. Great location, near the supermarket and heaps of walks and facilities are wonderful (especially the kitchen!!!) Highly recommended!!!!
Loved this place. The atmosphere and the workers were wonderful and made the place feel homely. Whatever you needed, they were happy to help. Everything was clean and the facilities were wonderful. The breakfast was great and simple and you got to pay for the food you wanted, or for a very cheap price, you could have anything you wanted. Great place to stay, highly recommende!!!
Great location, only a 10 minute walk from Victoria station. Great atmosphere to hang out and apart from the toilets getting clogged (always fixed immediately) the facilities are wonderful. Definitely recommend it!
This place was wonderful. A bit hard to find, just because I found Serbian transport confusing, but it was in a wonderful central location, easy walking distance from the main site. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the facilities were wonderful and clean. Plus the hostel had air con, so it was nice to come home from a hot day and relax in the coldth
Well, in terms on cleanliness, one could put up with it. But I must admit I am very much obliged to not have liked the place because I've got a severe case of bed bug bites from that hostel and I've had to got to hospital because of them. So just take care if you're considering this place
The cute little hostel was absolutely fantastic! The location was fabulous, across the road from a supermarket and 5 minute walk from the lake. The atmosphere was friendly, especially the extremely helpful staff who tell you the best things to do whilst you're there. The kitchen was well equipped. The only problem was the lockers were a bit hard to work, but at east there were some!!
Don't get me wrong, this was a lovely place to stay, the location was wonderful! However, there were no lockers whatsoever in the room, and our room didnt even lock, so it was annoying cause i had to take me valuables hiking! I felt as though it was easy for any outsider to get into my dorm and steal my stuff. Because it was part of a hotel, there was no real hostel vibe and friendliness you would normally get. But if you're in the area and have stuff planned, than this would be perfect
This hostel was fantastic! An easy 10 minute walk into the central area, the staff were friendly and ready to help with all their wonderful insights into Vienna. The lockers were brilliant, big enough for your big backpack if needed and (once you figured out how to use them) easily accessible. They were very clean and gave you towels to use for free if you don't have your own, which I loved!! Breakfast was the best hostel breakfast I've had! It wasn't just bread and a toaster! It was more!!
This hostel was excellent. It was a short walk from the Main Street with everything you really need, including the train station. It felt like an actual home, due to all the workers being from all over the world and living at the hostel too, so it was a good vibe. And having free bread was absolutely awesome!! The only thing was the toilet on the ground floor clogged up a few times and the rooms right up on the top floor are excruciatingly humid, even when it's cold outside.
The location was pretty good because it was a short and easy trip to the station, however no noticeable supermarket was close. The fact that we couldn't use certain facilities like the microwave or toaster except for a breakfast was absurd, because microwaving a dinner would, I assume, be something a lot of people would like to do. And what I didn't like was there was no free Internet, and there are plenty of hostels in the same price range that offer 24 hour free Internet.
