Of our three months traveling and staying in hostels around Europe this was by far our worst experience. The cleanliness facilities were well below standard for the 30 Euro a night price tag which we paid on a Friday. The bathrooms consisted of a bear minimum,no soap, nothing to dry your hands with, the room and showers were full of and stank of black mould, there was no where to hang your things, and there was no bath mat so the floors were covered in puddles.Rooms unclean... pubes on floor!!YUK

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 24hour reception was fantastic and was lovely to have clean linen and towels and made beds every day.Good location, walking distance to all tourist destinations but the St Peter's Square. Great value for money would definitely recommend.
