My review is biased as the Hotel were lovely enough to upgrade me from a 7 bed dorm to my own private room! Could not have been happier. Right next to the train station, with facilities being modern and new. You have to pay for the buffet breakfast but it is worth every cent. Will be returning.
One of my favourite hostels I've stayed in! You can grab your towel and head down to the beach in only a few minutes. Social area is fantastic and made some great friends. Facilities were new, but I don't see them standing the test of time... Toilet paper dispensers were frustrating, having to check every time whether it was jammed before using. Dorm door was creaky to the point of waking everyone up every time, brought this to the attention of the staff 3 days in a row but nothing was done.
Loved this hostel! Facilities were clean and secure, the bar was a fantastic place to meet people and the curtains on the beds provided just that little bit of privacy which was great. Staff were always helpful, special shout out to Daniel (Australian) in particular. Will definitely be returning.
One of the best hostels I've stayed at!. The bar is fantastic for socialising and made some great friends. Facilities were clean and well kept, and in a great location. Nothing to fault really.
Secure, clean hostel in a trendy part of Berlin. Nothing to rave about, the prices are good so people stay here - simple as that. The staff were the worst I came across during my backpacking. Cold and make you feel like a nuisance for asking a simple question - a smile would help!. Won't be returning, there is better in Berlin.
Great hostel! The facilities were amazing with power points and an ensuite in the 6 bed dorm I was in. Met some lovely people and the bar downstairs was a great place to socialise. It's a good thing the facilities make up for the staff being anything but welcoming. Would stay here again.
Great hostel if you just need a cheap place to sleep. Would not recommend as a solo or young traveller, as it just doesn't have that vibe. Staff were alright, but should note the young Australian (Melbourne) woman was particularly helpful.
