The Town House 50

Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Although Town House 50 is new to hostel world and has limited reviews.. It is amazingly good value for money, the rooms are clean, with decor in keeping with what can only be described as a chic boutique hostel. However the service provided by the team mirrors done give star hotels I've stayed at. Johnny, Lee and Kitty are caring, engaging and knowledgable. Whilst I've read rave reviews about the breakfast it isn't a wholesome offering but a good kick start to the day. Can't wait to return!

Baan Tai - Backpackers

Koh Phangan, Thailand

Baan Thai, love the house rules.. Love Aaa ( lady receptionist and chef). The rooms are clean, spacious and functional. The location is a mere ten minutes from and of the pre/post and of course full moon party. The lounge area has a host of DVD's and a great deal of seating area for the nights you can't manage another bucket or just to chill in transit and more importantly the hostel is adjacent to one of the best restaurants on the island, the Fisherman's ( if aaa isn't cooking). I would return

Dozy House

Chiang Mai, Thailand

Prior to confirming Dozy House, i had read countless reviews regarding the friendly owners... although the reports were glowing, i was still taken a back by the owners kindness, hospitality and friendliness... their house is truly your home irrespective of how long you stay they welcome you with open arms. The hostel is in a great location although you may struggle with taxi's unless you have the address and map close to hand when venturing out.
