This was a wonderful and fun hostel. The security was great and the rooms were very clean. But what I loved most was the communal area. In particular their suggestions of things to do wall - this was a great help and helped me plan my time there. Great atmosphere

This is a very welcoming and yet relaxed hostel. I loved the roof top garden for chilling out in the late afternoons. And the breakfast was fantastic - great way to start the day. They can organise for you as well. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location. We had a private double room which was clean and secure. Showers are weak... but there hot water. Would stay again!

This place is in the middle of nowhere, there are no restaurants or shops near by. But that doesn't matter at all, the food, the staff, the atmosphere - everything about this place is awesome. I could have happily stayed there for a lot longer. You can easily walk to the Orangutan centre and there is a pool to chill out next to. Try and eat everything on the menu as it is all amazing. Great time!

Sarah who runs this hostel was amazing, very helpful and attentive. The beds were big and comfortable and the whole place had a very homey feel. It was a comfortable and relaxed hostel - would stay again.

I liked this hostel - it was clean and comfortable, but nothing extraordinary stuck out about this place. The beds were a decent size. Hot showers with good pressure. The kitchen was great and the knives were sharp which is an unusual find in a hostel. There were social activities going on but as it rained I preferred to just chill out. About a 10 minute walk from the centre of things. Would stay here again

Hot shower. comfy bed, good breakfast. What more could you want. The bathrooms need to be bleached as there is a lot of grime and mould. But they are huge and the hot shower was amazing. Would stay here again

I extended my stay here as it was easy and the staff were very friendly. I had a problem with the room one night, I had booked a female only dorm and due to being over booked they had to make it unisex. They were nice about it and got everyone moved around the next day. The food was great at the bar upstairs and there was always a chilled out fun atmosphere - but not too crazy, more chilled.

The name is accurate. My biggest problem with the place was that when it rained the volleyball court in the middle turned into a giant sand fly breeding ground. I was bitten worse than if I had been dressed up as a pizza dancing naked in front of stoners with the munchies. Rooms are not clean - had to ask for our bathroom to be cleaned as it was so gross. I shortened my stay here

This hostel is a little gem! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The home cooked breakfast every morning was delicious and a great touch. The beds were clean, with your own light, fan and power socket. And the everyone sat around chatting and getting to know one another each night. Very relaxed stay!

I only had one night here but it was a good nights sleep. There is a free drink on arrival, a great atmosphere - but the party area is away from the dorms so if you want an early night you can have one without music keeping you up all night. Sturdy comfortable beds

I ended up extending my stay as I loved it so much. A really chill and happy vibe, got a great nights sleep as the beds were comfy. Lord chilling out by the pool after a long day diving. It's off the beaten track a bit which means that the food places around are local, tasty and cheap. Would recommend this place!
Thank you for taking a moment to post a review. It was my pleasure to host you here at Amigos for your scuba holiday and I wish you all the best in life.

There were so many great things about this hostel. The atmosphere, the staff, the beds, the breakfast, the cleanliness. Loved it all. The only negative was the karaoke that would go on all night in the bar next door making it nearly impossible to sleep. It was just that little bit too loud. But I really loved this place

This hostel has so much potential to be great. I loved the common areas and the vibe that ran through the whole place. I loved the breakfast and dinners which were cheap and yummy. But this hostel really failed at the basics. The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable - feel like 20 year old second hand freshman college mattresses. The shower pressure was non existent which for someone with long hair to wash made it impossible.

Extremely comfortable and sturdy bunk beds. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The bar downstairs had a good atmosphere and was very chilled. Easy to get to Manhattan. Good place to stay
Thanks for your nice comments! We're glad you enjoyed your stay.

This hostel is a great one if you are after some where clean and quiet. The hosts are extremely attentive and it has all of the amenities you could want. It isn't that close to any of the major touristy places, and you have to walk about 20 minutes to catch the MRT. But there are loads of buses and the hosts are really helpful in showing you which ones to get on.

The little things make this one of the best places I have stayed. Partitions on the bunk beds make them private, and they have shelves with power points so you can charge your phone by your bed. The rooms are super clean and all of the cleaning staff I met were super friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a free breakfast. It is over priced for a hostel but its worth it for the little extras!

The staff at this hostel were amazing. Jimmy booked us on a great mountain bike ride that was one of the highlights of our trip. Every person we met there was helpful and friendly giving great advice and suggestions. The bathrooms could use more mirrors for the girls ;) but apart from that it was well maintained. Great socialising area with games and a bar. Not too noisy - slept like death every night (could have been all of the mountain bike riding though).

Its right in the heart of the old town... it is up a massive flight of stairs... but so is all of Dubrovnik - great work out! The staff came out and found me when I was wondering the alley way looking a little lost and then proceeded to answer my 1000 questions about things to do with no dramas at all - they recommended a great pancake place as well that was highly delicious. Atmosphere is what you make it in a hostel but there was definitely the room and the comfort to allow you to chill.

The staff were amazing - we arrived late in the evening, they had us checked in, settled and coming out with the group for some drinks in dinner before you could blink your eyes. The next day when we were trying to arrange tours and things they were ridiculously helpful. There is a great atmosphere in the place and a POOL! It is a little way out of town but the walk is pretty and goes past beaches which is a great excuse to stop and have a swim.

A great family run place with an awesome relaxed atmosphere. It is up a hill out of the town but its only a 5 minute walk and its situation in a nice quiet area. There is a great terrace for hanging out and watching the sunset with a cheap beer bought at the supermarket just round the corner. Dink and his Dad are always helpful and have can tell you all the best places to go. Would definitely go back!

Really great hostel with brilliant staff who were always willing to give advise and help. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Only concern would be with security as there was no locks on the dorm doors and the front door didn't lock - this was only concerning when there wasn't a receptionist on the counter. Having said that there was such a friendly vibe in the hostel that I felt completely safe. Only other thing was the top bunk was hard to get into - maybe ladders would help.
