The guesthouse was spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They sat down with us without us asking and showed us a map where to go and prices we should expect to pay . The breakfast was gorgeous and laundry waa returned immaculately.

The location was ideal. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even gave us an extra breakfast the morning we arrived even though we weren't entitled to it. They organised buses and trips for us with no trouble. The rooms were by far the nicest we have stayed in so far on our trip.

there was a mix up with our rooms even though they pre booked. We had booked a 5 bed private dorm and double private room. They had initially wanted to put us all into a 9 bedded dorm. After we had explained our booking again and waited a while they sorted it.The sheets was stained and towels practically threadbare and pillows were creased and looked like they weren't fresh. We even found a cockroche in one bed the next morning!!. Needless to say I wouldn't stay here again or advise others to.

By far our favourite hostel so far on our travels. The staff were so helpful in arranging transport and general bookings. The rooms were a welcome change, we stayed in a twin private and it was spotless. Only we had prior arrangements we would have definitely stayed on longer.

We stayed in a twin private shared bathroom. The staff wouldn't help us re-book a train that had been cancelled last minute so we had to go to the train station and somehow figure it out for ourselves. The washing machine broke down and the WiFi was practically nonexistent. They also failed to inform us that there was a curfew and that the gate would be locked!!
